This morning I felt like doing a little cardio mixed in with the dumbbell weights I’d just bought. So again after a quick search on this is the video that kicked my butt this morning.

Quick Fit Summary:
This is another great beginners video. Again the music is pretty cheesy as is the instructor, but the moves are easy enough to follow. It really gets the heart rate pumping and there were a few times where, because I am such a novice I had to slow it down a little. Definitely recommend if, you are like me and have only just got back into some kind of physical activity. The video is only 23 minutes so it is also perfect for those of you with limited time (I’ve been crying through the 2 hour series finale of Dawson’s Creek) Well until tomorrow,
